Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, audio, captions and other material you upload. You grant SAFI a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit and transform that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required to upload and process the content, including any required permission from people appearing or speaking in it.

Acceptable use

You may not use SAFI to violate law or another person’s rights, distribute malware, evade security or entitlement controls, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or process exploitative, abusive or unlawful material.

Captions and generated results

SAFI is designed to improve transcription and caption workflows, but automated results can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing names, claims, translations, timing and other important content before publishing or relying on it.

Free use, credits and payments

Account-level free-generation limits are enforced by SAFI. Paid access uses one-time credit packs rather than subscriptions. The price, currency and number of credits are shown before checkout.

A render may consume its entitlement or credit once external processing has been submitted. Duplicate or ambiguous payments and processing failures are handled through auditable support and refund procedures; prior records are not silently edited or deleted. Unless law requires otherwise, completed digital processing and consumed credits are not automatically refundable.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, limit or discontinue parts of SAFI. Processing times and availability can be affected by network conditions and infrastructure services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, security threats, abuse, fraud or legal requirements. You may stop using SAFI and request account deletion by contacting support@safidz.com.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SAFI is provided as available without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. SAFI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost audience, lost revenue or decisions made from unreviewed generated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that Algerian law does not permit us to limit.
